A production team will have many tasks to juggle and finding talent can become a burden • Our experience and unique offerings can support the team. Our casting service will ensure that you get more believable new faces for characters, and a more immersive experience in the story’s narrative • We save your time and effort by finding both new and experienced talents, with no compromise on performance quality. Consider us as a collaborator to reinforce your creative vision! • We do not handle locating/casting background actors. If that is a requirement, our costing would vary • Understanding the role and finding fresh faces is our fortay, and with the production experience our Casting Director Sharanya has, we would also get you your talent as much within budget as possible

At SST, we handle cost negotiations for secondary and tertiary talent. We are open to handling primary talent negotiations as well, unless the talent is established - the production team will have to handle negotiations and schedule coordination

At SST, we do not take any commissions from the actors. All payments will be done directly to the talent, through cash, cheque or NEFT. We will provide you with all the necessary details to complete the transaction

• At SST, we understand the script, your requirements and the budget, before we begin to find the right talent for you • This process is more than just looking through our existing roster of talent - we search, identify, audition, and sometimes train the talent before they start working with you. Therefore, depending on your requirements, each project is unique and will be handled and priced accordingly
